Home Minister Amit Shah emphasized that India's territorial integrity cannot be questioned, even in the face of China's objection to his visit to Arunachal Pradesh. He stated that not even a pin's worth of India's land can be encroached upon. China has expressed strong opposition to Shah's visit, with a Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson stating that his activities in the region violate Beijing's territorial sovereignty.

Shah launched the 'Vibrant Villages Programme' from Kibithoo, the easternmost village of Arunachal Pradesh, which India considers an inalienable part of the country. He highlighted the positive impact of the "Look East" policy of Prime Minister Modi's government on the development of the Northeast region of India.

The Home Minister also praised the efforts of the army and border police in ensuring the safety and security of India's borders. He saluted their sacrifices and stated that no one has the power to encroach upon India's land today due to the presence and dedication of the ITBP and Indian Army.
